Sponsored by Miami-Dade County, Zoo Miami, Miami-Dade Police Department, and Miami-Dade Parks, the event featured Southern Soul artists Nellie "Tiger" Travis, Ronnie Bell, TK Soul, and Sir Charles Jones.
