NIFS fitness professionals will work directly with residents to provide fitness assessments, individualized exercise recommendations, group fitness classes, educational opportunities, and special wellness programming designed specifically for older adults. Programming will be tailored to the needs and interests of each community while supporting residents at a wide range of fitness levels and abilities.

The partnership will also connect both communities with NIFS national programming, resources, and signature initiatives throughout the year, while allowing each onsite fitness professional to develop programs that reflect the unique interests and goals of their residents.
