“It means that we’re doing something right,” says Andrey Tsarenko, Founder and CEO of Promo Box LLC, when asked what it means to be trusted by an entire fire district. “We’re able to take on some serious projects.”
The South County Fire collaboration originated through a local referral from Archbishop Murphy High School, where Promo Box had previously provided branding services. The district required caps, polos, and branded apparel across multiple stations, with specific color specifications and approval requirements.
According to Andrey, once approvals were finalized, production of the 1,000+ piece order was completed in approximately three days.
“Three days would only be the actual production,” Andrey explains. “From discussion to completion, it takes longer because of approvals, but once everything is set up, production is no problem.”
Promo Box LLC also continues its partnership with the Redmond Police Department. The relationship began when a private client transitioned into a leadership role within the department and brought Promo Box on board. What started as a small embroidery project evolved into an ongoing apparel collaboration, including the development of custom logos for drone and motorcycle units.
“It was more of an unexpected call,” Andrey says. “It just speaks loyalty on both sides. Loyalty from the customer and loyalty from us.”
Working with municipal agencies differs from standard commercial projects due to additional approval layers and coordination requirements.
“You’re dealing with government agencies,” Andrey notes. “You have to jump through some hoops and more approval layers versus dealing straight up with the customer.”
Despite these structural differences, Promo Box maintains consistent production standards across all projects.
“Reliability and consistency is what we’re all about from start to finish,” Andrey says. “Whether it’s government or private, it doesn’t make any difference for us.”
